LOL!!! I remember several conversations with girlfriends regarding dating and how they wished they could do a background check on a "potential". A sorta database of all the guys in HCMC. Since I don't think it exists, this site might have to do. Geez. I wonder if there is an equivalent website for the guys.

I could do a background check for all the Vietnamese guys in HCMC for you . Not sure about non Viet guys.

Is that site legal? Hmmm i have my doubts, where are the sources coming from? and have the asked for permission to put these guys faces and details on the website?
All is can say is... phew! It's an interesting site, but some of those "warnings" are written by illiterates. Makes it hard to distinguish the trash talk from the trash.

As for the legality of the site, so far its still legal. It has also been sued though. Go here for the story:

to Snow , I am exeggerating a little bit . But most of people in Viet Nam, in order to live and work legally, have to register with the local authority. I have friends who work in the Internal Affair Ministry, who could help me with looking up those informations .
